  • Consultations
45 minutes meeting – Identifying your brief for a fee proposal
Our initial meeting is about exploring ideas and getting to know each other to determine your needs. We listen, take notes, and offer advice to help you maximise your space. It’s the starting point for defining what your project will look like. Let us know your timeline and budget, and we will draw up a fee proposal for your consideration.

  • On Appointment
    1. Measuring and photographing
After gathering information from our initial meeting, we create a detailed brief and wish list. We then develop mood boards, make personalised recommendations, and present initial concepts and drawings for your review. We will also discuss any third-party contractors your project may require. After addressing any revisions and amendments, we move forward to the design development stage.

    2. Design pack for tendering
In the design development phase, we create detailed designs using Auto-CAD of the proposed layout. This includes lighting, power outlets, finishes, room layout, bathroom and kitchen designs, window details, and bespoke joinery. We will present our full specifications, costing schedule, and drawings for your approval.

    3. Construction and hand-holding
At this stage, we’ll help select the best contractor, adjust estimates if needed, and create a detailed schedule for the project. We’ll monitor progress, ensure on-time deliveries, and conduct regular site visits to keep everyone satisfied.

    4. Completion and celebrate
After the project is finished, we’ll address any minor changes with you and the contractor. Once you’re satisfied, we’ll do a final walkthrough to ensure quality meets our standards and provide maintenance documents, warranties, and care instructions.
