Turning a refused planning application to a positive outcome.

we proposed

Reducing the extension bulk by moving the front door and staircase to allow better use of both floors which complied with the 50% rule of Greenbelt and the AONB policies.

By repositioning the staircases, we could remove the refused bulky box dormers and replace with glazed gables and better and better connection on ground floor level. Completed in Covid.
